OVERVIEW Welcome to Surreal Persian! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Surreal Persian. Surreal Persian operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Surreal Persian is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS & MADE-TO-ORDER NATURE

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our Persian-inspired motifs and products. However:

  • Color Variance: Colors may appear differently on your screen due to device settings.

  • Sustainability Commitment: Most items at Surreal Persian are Made-to-Order to ensure zero-waste and environmental sustainability. This means production begins only after your order is placed.

  • Availability: We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time or limit quantities on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Surreal Persian reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

  • Cancellations: Because items are made-to-order, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once production has begun.

  • Personal Use: Purchases are for personal/household use only and not for commercial resale or export without prior written consent.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Unless stated otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or customs/import charges. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all charges incurred, including applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates. For made-to-order items, "shipping time" is in addition to "production time." Once products are transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site—including Persian motifs, brand names, graphics, and designs—is the property of Surreal Persian, its affiliates, or licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our designs without our prior written consent.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We may provide access to third-party tools (like size calculators or AR viewers) which we do not monitor. Use of these is at your own risk. Similarly, we are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party websites linked within our Services.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Surreal Persian is hosted by Shopify. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Surreal Persian. You hereby release Shopify from all claims and liabilities arising from your transactions with us.

SECTION 9 - PRIVACY POLICY

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Because we are hosted by Shopify, your data is also subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy for the purpose of maintaining the Services.

If you send us feedback or reviews, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide license to use that content for marketing and promotional purposes. We are not obligated to maintain feedback in confidence or pay compensation for its use.
