Welcome to Surreal Persian ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website.

2. About Us

Surreal Persian is an Australian sole trader offering premium print-on-demand apparel, accessories, home décor and artwork inspired by Persian culture, surrealism and contemporary design.

3. Products

Our products are manufactured after an order is placed using trusted print-on-demand production partners.

Because each product is made to order:

  • Product colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes.

  • Product dimensions may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.

  • Images are for illustration purposes only.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed are in the currency shown on the website.

Prices may change without notice.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes or other local charges imposed by their country.

5. Orders

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse or cancel orders;

  • limit quantities;

  • correct pricing errors;

  • cancel orders suspected of fraud.

If payment has already been processed, an appropriate refund will be issued where required.

6. Payment

Orders must be paid in full before production begins.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.

7. Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, courier delays, weather events or production times.

We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

8. Returns & Refunds

As every item is made specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns for:

  • change of mind;

  • incorrect size selection;

  • personal preference.

If your order arrives:

  • damaged;

  • defective;

  • incorrectly printed; or

  • materially different from your order,

please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs and your order number.

Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits or modifies any rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Customers may have rights relating to faulty, damaged or misrepresented goods.

10. Intellectual Property

All artwork, illustrations, graphics, product designs, logos, branding, website content and visual materials are owned by Surreal Persian unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • misuse the website;

  • interfere with website security;

  • upload malicious software;

  • infringe intellectual property rights;

  • engage in unlawful conduct.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Surreal Persian is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order where permitted by law.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Victoria.
