Returns & Refunds Policy | Surreal Persian Artwear

At Surreal Persian Artwear, we are committed to the highest standards of artistic quality. Because our items are made-to-order (zero-waste) specifically for you, our return policy is designed to be fair, sustainable, and transparent.

1. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@rridentity.com within 21 days of receiving your item.

  • Approval Required: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Return Shipping: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

2. Damages, Misprints, and Defective Items

We take great pride in our "Wearable Art." Please inspect your order upon reception.

  • Claims Window: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 21 days after the product has been received.

  • Lost in Transit: For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • Our Responsibility: If the error is on our part (e.g., wrong item, print defect), the cost of the return and replacement is covered at our expense.

3. Made-to-Order & Exceptions

Because our products are created using a sustainable, made-to-order process, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of Mind: We do not currently offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: These are final sale.

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if defective), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. International Return Addresses

Please do not send items back until you have received an authorized return label from our team. Depending on your location, returns are processed at the following regional hubs:

5. European Union: 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition (unworn, tags attached) and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank Processing: Please note that banks or credit card companies can take additional time to post the refund.

  • Follow-up: If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@rridentity.com.

Note on Unclaimed Returns: Any returns that go unclaimed at our facilities for more than 21 days are donated to charity.
