Shipping & Delivery Policy | Surreal Persian
At Surreal Persian, we pride ourselves on a sustainable, zero-waste approach. Because every piece of artwear is made-to-order, your delivery timeline consists of two parts: Fulfillment Time (making the product) and Shipping Time (transit).
1. Fulfillment (The Creation Phase)
Before we ship your order, it must be meticulously crafted.

Fulfillment Time: It takes an average of 2–5 business days to create and fulfill your order.

Once fulfilled, your order is handed to our global carriers, and you will receive a tracking number via email.
2. Shipping Estimates (The Transit Phase)
Shipping speeds depend on your location and the fulfillment center closest to you.

Please note: These are estimates provided by our carriers. Total delivery time = Fulfillment (2–5 days) + Shipping.
3. Split Shipments
To ensure your art arrives in perfect condition, we may split your order into multiple shipments. For example, a heavy hoodie and a structured hat require different packaging and may arrive a day or two apart. You will receive separate tracking links if your order is split.
4. International Customs & Duties
If your order is shipped from a facility outside your region (e.g., a specific design fulfilled in our US hub sent to Australia), you may be subject to handling or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Restricted Destinations
Due to legal restrictions and carrier limitations, we currently do not ship to the following regions:

Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk (Ukraine)

Syria, North Korea, Cuba, and Ecuador
6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Claims Window: If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@rridentity.com within 21 days of the estimated delivery date.

Evaluation: We will investigate with the carrier. If the error is on our part, we will cover the cost of a replacement.

Incomplete Addresses: Please ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
